Via Rail Canada, Winter Speeding trains, open country, winter, tracks seemingly laid in the snow - what's not to love! But including the bit where the engineer climbs down to get what looked like coffee and donuts was pure genius - just pushed me over the edge. I dunno, something about a sense of community and small-town... something like that?
